This small simple residence is a study in modern coastal minimalism, composed of interlocking prefabricated rectilinear volumes clad in vertical cedar siding that will weather gracefully over time. Expansive glazing on the ground floor creates transparency and flow between interior and exterior spaces, while the cantilevered second story provides shade and spatial articulation. The architecture balances openness and privacy, with a restrained material palette that amplifies the clean, volumetric expression and connects seamlessly to the landscaped pool courtyard.
